The permanent venue of the International Financial Forum (IFF) is located on the eastern side of Hengli Island in Mingzhu Bay Area, Nansha New Area. Based on the unique natural elements and regional context of Nansha,

 it is a landmark project in the construction of the Greater Bay Area. The total land area of the project is about 203500 square meters, with a total construction area of about 257200 square meters. It will be built into a highland 

for dialogue on new finance and Silk Road cooperation in the world, and become a high-level international government and business conference center. The IFF project utilized a large number of new technologies, techniques, 

processes, and materials during the construction process, actively integrating into the green and low-carbon economy. It is reported that the International Conference Center, the permanent venue of IFF, is a green three-star 

building with multiple technical indicators higher than national standards, such as the use of high-performance enclosure structures.

Covering an area of 10800 square meters, divided into left and right panels, it is the "first face" of the International Conference Center greeting the world and also the image card of the permanent venue of IFF.
